McGolrick Meditation
McGolrick Mediation is a community event series that introduces the Japanese practice of forest bathing (shinrin-yoku) through 60-minute guided sessions with local artist Beatrice Wolert. Forest bathing is a restorative self-care practice that encourages connection with nature through the senses. It can lift your mood, sharpen focus, ease stress, and, most importantly, offer quiet moments of reflection beneath McGolrick’s trees. Find information about upcoming sessions below.
All events are free and open to REGISTERED PARTICIPANTS 18+. Private support for McGolrick MEDITATION is provided by City Parks Foundation and Partnerships for Parks through the NYC Green Fund.
